Family Medicine

Our family medicine primary care providers focus on keeping patients well with medication management, controlling and preventing chronic diseases, and treating acute illnesses. Establishing a strong Patient-Provider relationship ensures the best clinical outcome.

Vaccines For Children (VFC) Program

The VFC program is a federally funded program that provides vaccines at no cost to eligible children who might not otherwise be vaccinated due to financial barriers.

Eligible children (18 years of age and younger) must meet one of the following criteria:

  • Medicaid eligible
  • Uninsured
  • Underinsured (insurance doesn't cover vaccines)
  • American Indian or Alaska Native

Ways to Help Your Family Eat & Live Better:

  • Start every day off with a healthy breakfast.
  • Let the kids help plan and prepare one healthy meal each week.
  • Eat more vegetables and fresh fruits (aim for 2 cups of fruit and 2.5 cups of vegetables daily).
  • Drink plenty of water and milk; limit sugary beverages.
  • Get 30 to 60 minutes of physical activity daily as a family.
  • Limit TV, computer, and screen time to less than 2 hours per day.
